Hatha Yoga

This particular class helps build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and exercises. This flow centers around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced. With this class, you will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, while also remaining mindful in every act you perform.


Vinyasa Yoga
This popular class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. All of the classes at YOGIC SPAC attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.
Yin Yoga
Yin is the feminine, dark, passive, receptive, reflective, withdrawn, cool, introspective aspects of life. Yin yoga was developed to penetrate deep into connective tissue expanding flexibility while invigorating the energy centers of the body (nadis) to release blockages, and increase your energy flow. Focusing on static movement, pranayama and meditaion to create a profoundly deep and rewarding practice. Yin Yang Yoga
Thursdays at 10.30/ online class
Yin Yang yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice-bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures. Yogi Sara Powers says that "the practice of Yin/Yang yoga helps us learn about stillness in movemnet and the flow in the stillness."
Combining both Yin and Yang practices in one class provides a balanced practice and can have a powerful effect on energy levels.

Guided Meditation
Meditation is the act of focusing the mind to relax, improve inner awarness, and make positive mental or physical changes.
Guided meditation awakens our senses within our bodys through breathing and observation. You will be guided throughout one hour session to help you calm your mind and relax your body.

Gong Bath Meditation
A gong bath (meditation) also known as a Sound Bath or Sound Massage is a fully clothed, relaxing and blissful experience where you bathe in the healing sound waves. You simply lie down on mats, wrap yourself in a blanket and your head on a pillow, close your eyes and relax while the gong is playing, usually for an hour long.
